Buds Heating and Cooling really care about their customers and provide excellent service! Came home to our furnace not working and the house being 50 degrees. With it being so late in the evening we originally had another company come out to take a look at our furnace. Not only did the first company we called leave us with no heat during these frigid temps but also misdiagnosed the issue. Next day we called Buds Heating and Cooling and spoke with a nice lady and explained our issue and Andy was sent to our home within a half hour of calling. Andy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to provide us with temporary heat! Thank you for everything! Ashley & Shaine

My furnace is old and was malfunctioning. Bud was very knowledgeable and fixed it for a great price.!

Came home to the house I recently purchased, 41deg inside. Scratched my head for a few minutes then called the number on the sicker attached to furnace. A nice lady at Bud’s took my info and said a tech would be calling shortly. 5 minutes later I got a call from Bud himself. After a short convo he said my son Andy will text you shortly when he is on his way. 20 minutes later Andy text me that he was in route. Andy was very knowledgeable, he found the issue quickly and was able to fix it effortlessly. Andy then gave it a good once over to ensure there were no other issues and provided some recommendations for some maintenance in the Spring for the AC unit. Super satisfied with the professionalism and speedy response time from Bud’s Heating and Cooling. We now have heat! I will be definitely using them in the future for all my heating and cooling needs!

Furnace stopped working on a cold day. Bud's was able to fit me in. Greg assessed that the problem was our condensation pump (or something like that) which he cleaned - including the drainage tube. Everything is working properly again.

Bud's fit me in the same day I called. Greg showed up early. Furnace quit working so he inspected tested a bunch of things, then showed me what was wrong what caused it and replaced the thermostat. He was incredibly friendly even took the time to test carbon monoxide throughout the house. Anyone looking for excellent work and professionalism Greg is the one. Thanks again for a great work...

Had heat go out in 20deg weather. They had just serviced us a few weeks prior. They expedited our service within a couple hours and it turned out to be our propane was out. Technician was on time and when I informed him of situation there was no charge. We will definitely be using Bud’s for all our future Heating and A/C needs. Thank You!

Andy came out for a routine checkup and found that I needed a new ignitor and everything was good.I would recommend Bud's anytime

Bud's Heating and Cooling has done an excellent job at both our personal and commercial locations. They inspect parts of the furnace that most inspectors miss, and were able to identify issues that could cause health problems. They were able to repair or replace the problematic equipment promptly and with really good prices. We have decided to have Buds do all heating and cooling inspections on any new properties we are considering. We highly recommend them for every HVAC situation.

After having my ducts cleaned out this morning my furnace quit working. I called Bud and he and Greg stepped up to the plate and got my furnace working again. Bless you all and Merry Christmas!

Bud and Greg have been the best! Kind, considerate, observant. Helped put my mind at ease when I awoke to a cold house and then also started having electrical issues. Greg came to check my furnace the second time that week when I started having electrical issues. Working diligently all afternoon. contacted an electrician to put in a new breaker box for me asap. Electrician coming tomorrow. Great respect for this crew. Made my home warm and cozy again!

My furnace went out and I was calling around to find someone to come out to fix it. When I called Bud's they were kind on the phone. That's why I choose them to come out. Bud came to the house and he was also so very kind and efficient. Thank you for coming out this morning and restoring our heat.

I've left/sent at least 3 favorable comments regarding the visit by Gregg (I think). Here is my final comment: No problems regarding his professionalism and work ethic. It was a pleasure having him correct my problems with my heating. The only problem is getting my comments through to you folks in the office. If you don't get this one, DON'T ASK FOR ANOTHER. Greg did a very thorough job, answered all my questions and made sure my Furnace was up to code and safe. So nice to have heat again! Bud's heating and cooling is my to go people for Furnace repair!!

Bud came out today for a second opinion on my furnace after a different company told me I needed a new one. Bud was so professional and kind. He had all top of the line equipment . Spent over an hour inspecting my furnace and cleaning it up. It is running and working wonderfully. He even double checked with a co2 machine to make sure everything was safe! I didn’t realize until after he left that he didn’t even ask for money. I’m so thankful for kind and wonderful people like bud!!! Thank you Bud !!!
