Greg Savage was really nice and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with explaining everything to a T.

Our furnace stopped working last night and with these frigid temperatures it didn't take long for our house to get cold. We called bud's (because thier company was on the furnace), not knowing the company, we weren't sure what to expect. We'll, they said they would send a tech between 10-12, At 9:20 Greg Savage showed up, introduced himself, was polite, and was thoughtful enough to wear shoe covers in my house and was very informative. It was a great experience and we will use them again if we need furnace or air conditioning work done. Thank you so much for once again making our house toasty and warm!!

I had an issue with my furnace not kicking on well it was supposed to and after resetting it multiple times finally got it running. It did that twice, so with the frigid temps I called Bud's heating and cooling out to look it over and just a few hours later Greg arrived and found multiple things wrong. He was very thorough and got it running like it should and haven't had any issues since. I am so glad I called them and intend on calling them for all my heating and cooling issues!

Buds Heating and Cooling really care about their customers and provide excellent service! Came home to our furnace not working and the house being 50 degrees. With it being so late in the evening we originally had another company come out to take a look at our furnace. Not only did the first company we called leave us with no heat during these frigid temps but also misdiagnosed the issue. Next day we called Buds Heating and Cooling and spoke with a nice lady and explained our issue and Andy was sent to our home within a half hour of calling. My furnace is old and was malfunctioning. Bud was very knowledgeable and fixed it for a great price.!

Came home to the house I recently purchased, 41deg inside. Scratched my head for a few minutes then called the number on the sicker attached to furnace. A nice lady at Bud’s took my info and said a tech would be calling shortly. 5 minutes later I got a call from Bud himself. After a short convo he said my son Andy will text you shortly when he is on his way. 20 minutes later Andy text me that he was in route. Andy was very knowledgeable, he found the issue quickly and was able to fix it effortlessly. Andy then gave it a good once over to ensure there were no other issues and provided some recommendations for some maintenance in the Spring for the AC unit. Super satisfied with the professionalism and speedy response time from Bud’s Heating and Cooling. We now have heat! I will be definitely using them in the future for all my heating and cooling needs!

Had heat go out in 20deg weather. They had just serviced us a few weeks prior. They expedited our service within a couple hours and it turned out to be our propane was out. Technician was on time and when I informed him of situation there was no charge. We will definitely be using Bud’s for all our future Heating and A/C needs. Thank You!

Bud's fit me in the same day I called. Greg showed up early. Furnace quit working so he inspected tested a bunch of things, then showed me what was wrong what caused it and replaced the thermostat. He was incredibly friendly even took the time to test carbon monoxide throughout the house. Anyone looking for excellent work and professionalism Greg is the one. Thanks again for a great work...
